Fee Structure
We charge an initial deposit and a success fee for M&A brokerage services.
Initial Deposit

* The amount is determined based on the nature, scale, and complexity of the case. Consumption tax applies separately.
Success Fee
As a success fee, we charge the cumulative amount calculated by applying the following rates to each tier of the transaction value (excluding consumption tax).
If the cumulative amount is less than ¥20 million, the success fee will be ¥20 million (excluding tax).

| Over ¥500 million up to ¥1 billion | 4% |
| Over ¥1 billion up to ¥5 billion | 3% |
| Over ¥5 billion up to ¥10 billion | 2% |
| Over ¥10 billion | 1% |
